Remove librarian accounts

1 In QuestionPoint, go to Administration > Institution > Accounts > Create Account.

The Create New Librarian Account screen displays.

2 Click the View/Update Accounts tab.

The Current Librarian Accounts screen displays.

3 Find the accounts that you wish to remove in the accounts list. For names with multiple accounts, verify that the Login ID and Account Privileges are those you wish to remove.
4 Click Remove and then click OK for each account you wish to remove.

A confirmation message appears at the top of the page for each account that you remove.

For which actions will the system automatically generate e-mail to notify the Librarian?


If you inadvertently remove the wrong account, you can click the Create Account tab and create a new account to replace the one that you removed.
