Can I create additional administrator accounts?

Because the QuestionPoint system allows only one 9-digit administrator authorization per library, you cannot create additional Institution Administrator or Subscription Group Administrator accounts for your library or group. OCLC staff cannot create additional ones either.

You can share your Administrator authorization and password with others whom you want to perform administrator duties.

Only Institution Administrator and Subscription Group Administrator accounts can access the Administration module to create librarian accounts, view administration reports, update staff announcements, and set up service options.

You can create librarian accounts and give them Ask Administrator privileges. Ask Administrators can create institution scripts, view reports in the Ask module, and assign questions and followup to librarians.
