All browsers used by librarians for QuestionPoint Chat must have Adobe Flash Player: Version 9.0.124.0 or higher installed regardless of version.

• Adobe Flash Player: Version 9.0.124.0 or higher
• A Java Virtual Machine up to Version 6 Update 7. Version 6 Update 10 or higher are not supported

Patrons using co-browse

• Microsoft Windows (XP, Vista or Windows 7) ONLY

• A connection to the internet (the faster the connection the better the experience)
