If you want to ask your local librarian a Reference Question:

You will need to contact your library directly. If you do not know the web address of your library, please search for them using your preferred web search site.

If you need to follow-up on a Reference Question you've already asked via QuestionPoint:

Your library may have provided you with a QuestionPoint patron account when you asked your first question, if so please use the QuestionPoint Patron Login to access your account. For more information on your Patron Account, please see the Patron Account Help page.

If you are having problems accessing your QuestionPoint Patron account, please click here to fill out the support form. This form will be answered by OCLC's QuestionPoint Customer Support Department within 48 hours.
