Question:Why doesn’t Walden 360 give me the full text?
Answer:The short answer is: the Walden 360 link only gives you the full text of an article if that full text is owned somewhere by the Walden library.

When searching in the databases, you will see a "Walden 360" link after every article citation. This link can help to find the full text of an article, however, this is not a guarantee for full text.

By default the databases have no way to communicate with each other. Imagine you find a wonderful article in the Academic Search Premier database, but there is no full text link. The full text for that same article may be in PsycARTICLES. But by default, Academic Search Premier has no way of knowing that PsycARTICLES has the full text. This is where Walden 360 comes in.

The Walden 360 tool checks all of the Walden library databases for the full text of an article. That is all it does. If the article is in full text in another database, Walden 360 will find it and bring it back to you. If the full text is not in any of the Walden library databases, you will see the "Sorry no holdings" message. At this point, you can contact the library for additional information on obtaining the article.
