Add or remove unavailable dates

Use the Unavailable Dates part of the profile to add or remove unavailable dates. For help gathering the information, see Unavailable Dates part of the profile

To go to this part of the profile, click the Institution Services tab on the Profile main menu and then click the Unavailable link below the tab.

How to add unavailable dates

To add unavailable dates:

  Action Result
1 To add a single date, click the Single Day button. Or, to add a date range, click the Range button.
 
2 In the Starting Date box, type the single date or the first date of the date range.Or, click the Calendar button located to the right of the box and select the date from the calendar.
Note: If you type the date, use the following date format: mm/dd/yyyy (for example, enter August 15, 2001 as 08/15/2001)
3 If you are adding a single date, go to step 4.If you are adding a date range, type the end date in the End Date box.
Or, click the Calendar button located to the right of the box and select the date from the calendar.
 
4 Click the Add button. The date or date range appears in the Unavailable Dates box.
5 Repeat steps 1 to 4 for each date or date range that you are unavailable to provide service.  
6 Click the Save button. The system saves the unavailable dates.

How to remove unavailable dates

To remove unavailable dates:

  Action Result
1 In the Unavailable Dates box, select the unavailable date or date range that you want to remove.  
2 Click the Remove button. The date or date range is removed from the Unavailable Dates box.
3 Click the Save button. The system saves the remaining unavailable dates.
