Add or remove available times

Use the Available Times part of the profile to add or remove available times. For help gathering the information, see Available Times part of the profile

To go to this part of the profile, click the Institution Services tab on the Profile main menu and then click the Available link below the tab.

How to add available times

To add available times:

  Action Result
1 Select a day of the week in its drop-down list box.  
2 Select the starting hour for the time period in its drop-down list box.  
3 Select the starting minute for the time period in its drop-down list box.  
4 Select the ending hour for the time period in its drop-down list box.  
5 Select the ending minute for the time period in its drop-down list box.  
6 Be sure that the selection in each drop-down list box is correct.  
7 Click the Add button. The day of the week and the starting and ending time appear in the Available Times box.
8 Repeat steps 1 to 7 for each day of the week and starting and ending time that you are available to provide service. You may provide up to 3 starting and ending times per day.  
9 Click the Save button. The system saves the days and times.

How to remove available times

To remove a particular starting and ending time for a particular day:

  Action Result
1 Select the day and starting and ending time in the Available Times box.  
2 Click the Remove button. The day and times are removed from the Available Times box.
3 Click the Save button. The system saves the remaining days and starting and ending times.
