Forgotten password

If you know your QuestionPoint account authorization but have forgotten your password, you can have QuestionPoint send the password to the e-mail address associated with your account.

Procedure

To send your password to your account's e-mail address:

  Action Result or Note
1 Go to the QuestionPoint Logon screen. Note: It is available at
http://www.questionpoint.org/crs/html/home/authorize.htm.
2 Click the link for forgotten passwords. The system displays the Forgot My Password screen.
3 Type your authorization (User ID) in the box provided and click Submit. QuestionPoint sends the password to the e-mail address associated with your account.

Note

To change your own account password, click the Home link at the top of the screen to return to the QuestionPoint Home page. Click the Password link under the Home tab to change your own password.
