Unavailable Dates part of the profile
Use the following information to help you gather the information needed in the Unavailable Dates part of the profile. For help entering the information, see Add or remove unavailable dates.
Purpose
Unavailable Dates lets you record special dates that your institution is not available to provide service for the global reference network. Special dates include holidays, university closings, staff meeting days, etc. Include single dates (for example, December 25) and date ranges (for example, September 30 to October 15).
Update regularly
Review and update this part of the profile regularly, at least once a year, to keep it up-to-date.
