Indicate collection strength by subject
Use the Subject Strengths part of the profile to indicate collection strength by subject. For help gathering the information, see Subject Strengths part of the profile and Levels of collection strength.
To go to this part of the profile, click the Collection Strengths tab on the Profile main menu and then click the Subject link below the tab.
How to indicate collection strength by subject
To indicate collection strength by subject on each Subject Strengths Class screen:

| 1 | Click the radio button for the level of collection strength for each subject listed. | |
| 2 | Click the Save button. | The system saves the levels. |
Shortcut for indicating collection strength by subject
To reduce the number of individual radio buttons that you need to click on each Subject Strengths Class screen:

| 1 | In the set of radio buttons located at the top of the list, click the appropriate radio button for the level of most subjects on the screen. | |
| 2 | Click the Apply All button. | The system automatically selects the same radio button for all subjects listed on the screen. |
| 3 | Click the appropriate radio button for each subject with a different level. | |
| 4 | Click the Save button. | The system saves the levels. |
