Add or remove languages served

Use the Languages Served part of the profile to add or remove languages served. For help gathering the information, see Languages Served part of the profile

To go to this part of the profile, click the Institution Services tab on the Profile main menu and then click the Languages Served link below the tab.

How to select languages served

To select a language served:

  Action Result
1 Select a language in the drop-down list box.  
2 Click the Add button. The selected language appears in the Languages box.
3 Repeat steps 1 and 2 for each language in which you can handle questions and answers.  
4 Click the Save button. The system saves the languages.

How to remove a language

To remove a language:

  Action Result
1 Select the language in the Languages box.  
2 Click the Remove button. The language is removed from the Languages box.
3 Click the Save button. The system saves the remaining languages.
