Administration section of the Profile module
Available to group administrators only: Use
the Administration section of the Profile module to
do the following:
- Manually approve the QuestionPoint profiles of institutions
in the group.
- View or change the status of the profiles of institutions
in the group.
- View reports of the status of the institutions in your group
regarding the submittal and approval of profiles and the establishment
of librarian authorizations.
You can use the QuestionPoint Administration
module to specify the profile approval method--manual,
automatic or semi-automatic--and required fields for your
group. For help, see

The following table describes the parts of the Administration
section of the Profile module.

| Administration Functions |
Contains buttons and drop-down lists for selecting the group administrator's
institution profile, the profile of any institution in the group,
an authorizations report, an institution name report, or an institution
ID report.
Note: When you select a profile,
you go to the Institution Services section of the Profile module
to begin viewing it. |
| Profile Authorizations Report |
Displays a list of all the authorizations for the institutions
in your group. Also displays the Institution ID for each authorization
and the profile status of each institution's profile. |
| Profile Admin Interface Inst Report |
Displays a list of all the institutions in your group (in
order by institution name). Also displays the Institution ID for
each institution and the profile status of each institution's
profile. |
| Profile Admin Interface InstId Report |
Displays a list of all the institution IDs in your group (in
order by institution ID). Also displays the Institution Name for
each institution and the profile status of each institution's
profile. |
