Indicate the formats in which your collection is strong
Use the Collection Format Strengths part of the profile to indicate the formats in which your collection is strong. For help gathering the information, see Collection Format Strengths part of the profile
To go to this part of the profile, click the Collection Strengths tab on the Profile main menu and then click the Format link below the tab.
How to indicate the formats in which your collection is strong
To indicate the formats in which your collection is strong:

| 1 | Click the Active radio button for each format in which your collection is strong. | |
| 2 | Click the Save button. | The system saves the selections. |
Shortcut for indicating the formats in which your collection is strong
If your collection is strong in most of the formats listed, follow the steps below to reduce the number of individual radio buttons that you need to click:

| 1 | In the set of radio buttons located at the top of the list, click the Active radio button. | |
| 2 | Click the Apply All button. | The system automatically selects the Active radio button for all formats listed on the screen. |
| 3 | Click the Inactive radio button for each format that is not a strength in your collection. | |
| 4 | Click the Save button. | The system saves the selections. |
