View reports of profile status and authorization creation in your group
Available to group administrators only: Use the procedure below to view status reports about the profiles and librarian authorizations within each institution in your group.
Procedure
To view profile and authorization status reports for institutions in your group:

If the Profile module is not displayed, click Profile at the top of the screen. Or, if the Profile module is displayed but the Administration Functions part is not, click the Administration tab. |
The system displays the Administration Functions part
of the Profile module. In its Reports area,
the system displays a button for each report that you can view.
Notes: The report for the Authorizations button lists all the authorizations (login IDs) for institutions in your group, the institution ID for each authorization, and the status of each institution's profile. The report for the Institution Name button lists all the institutions in your group (in order by institution name), the institution ID for each, and the status of each institution's profile. The report for the Institution ID button lists all the institution IDs in your group (in order by institution ID), the institution names, and the status of each institution's profile. |
| 3 | Click the button for the report you want to view. | The system displays the selected report. |
| 4 | View or print the report. | |
| 5 | Click the Home link below the Administration tab. | The system redisplays the Administration Functions part of the Profile module. |
