View weekly web-form coverage information for your group

You can view information that shows:

  • Whether your library participates in a group for Web (e-mail) form coverage, and if it does,
  • When your library will provide coverage to other members of the group or when it wants to receive coverage from others.
  • How many libraries in the group provide coverage at a particular day and time.
  • Which libraries provide coverage at a particular day and time.

To view information about Web-form coverage:

  1. Click Coverage under the Home tab in My QuestionPoint (Home module).
QuestionPoint displays the My Institution's Weekly Web-Form Coverage page.
  2. Look at the Coverage Group field to determine if your library participates in a group for Web-form coverage:
    • If None appears, your library does not participate. Stop.
    • If the name of a group appears, your library participates in that group. Go to the next step.
  3. Look at the Key and the Time and Coverage information on the page to determine when your library will provide coverage to other members of the group and when it needs coverage from others.
  4. Click the View Group Week link below the Web Form Coverage tab.
QuestionPoint displays the Group Weekly Web-Form Coverage page.
  5. Look at the numbers in parentheses in the Time and Coverage information to determine how many libraries in the group provide coverage at a particular day and time.
  6. Click a number in parentheses to view, in a separate browser window, a list of the libraries in the group that provide coverage at a particular day and time.
  7. Click Close Window when you finish viewing the list of libraries.
