View cooperative coverage information for your library
Perform this task when you want to determine:
- If your library participates in a group for cooperative Web-form coverage and/or Cooperative chat coverage, and if it does,
- When your library will provide coverage to other members of the group or when it wants to receive coverage from others.
- How many libraries in the group provide coverage at a particular day and time.
- Which libraries provide coverage at a particular day and time.
Procedure to view information about:
Web-form coverage
To view information about Web-form coverage:

| 1 | Click Coverage in the Home module menu. | The system displays the My Institution's Weekly Web-Form Coverage screen. |
| 2 | Look at the Coverage Group field to determine
if your library participates in a group for cooperative Web-form coverage:

| 3 | Look at the Key and the Time and Coverage information on the screen to determine when your library will provide coverage to other members of the group and when it needs coverage from others. | |
| 4 | Click the View Group Week link below the Web Form Coverage tab. | The system displays the Group Weekly Web-Form Coverage screen. |
| 5 | Look at the numbers in parentheses in the Time and Coverage information to determine how many libraries in the group provide coverage at a particular day and time. | |
| 6 | Click a number in parentheses to view, in a separate browser window, a list of the libraries in the group that provide coverage at a particular day and time. | |
| 7 | Click Close Window when you finish viewing the list of libraries. |
Cooperative chat coverage
To view information about cooperative chat coverage:
