Unicode (UTF-8)

Regardless of the language you choose, the QuestionPoint interface is Unicode encoded. English-language users will experience little to no impact. Users of non-Roman languages and languages with diacritics will find it easy and efficient.

Note: Any non-English questions or messages submitted prior to unicoding are not backwards compatible. Diacritics may not display properly.

The following e-mail clients display diacritics and non-Roman characters correctly when receiving e-mail in plain text/unicode:

• Outlook
• Yahoo mail
• Outlook Express 6.0
• Opera Mail
• Netscape Mail 7.0
• MyRealBox

The following e-mail clients DO NOT display diacritics and non-Roman characters correctly when receiving e-mail in plain text/unicode:

• Hotmail
• Eudora
• Outlook WebAccess
• Pegasus Mail 4.02
