Log on to QuestionPoint on the QuestionPoint Logon page. Go to the QuestionPoint Logon pageIf you are not already on the QuestionPoint Logon page:

Invalid logonIf an invalid logon message appears when you try to log on to QuestionPoint, be sure that you are not using Caps Lock on your keyboard and try again to log on. Forgotten passwordAssistance is available if you forget your QuestionPoint password but you know your User ID (also called Authorization or Login ID). Click Click Here on the QuestionPoint Logon page, then type your authorization in the box that appears and click Submit. QuestionPoint sends a message containing the password to the e-mail address associated with your account. Forgotten user IDContact your library's QuestionPoint administrator if you are a librarian who forgot your QuestionPoint User ID (also called Authorization or Login ID). Your administrator can send your User ID and password to your e-mail adddress from the QuestionPoint Administration module (Administration > Institution > Passwords > E-mail Password).
