View my KB records

You can view all the records that you have added to a KB. You can view a record as soon as you add it to a KB.

To view your KB records:

  1. Go to the Knowledge Base module.
  2. Click the Add/Edit tab.
    QuestionPoint displays a blank Add New Record page.
  3. Click the My Records menu link.
    QuestionPoint displays the Knowledge Base Browse Results page containing a list of the records that you have added to a KB.
    Note: The list does not include any records added automatically to the Global KB when you closed a question.
  4. Click a link in the Question column to view a record.
