Add Global KB records automatically
When you close one of the following types of questions, QuestionPoint automatically adds an inactive record to the Global KB:
- Questions referred to the Global Network
- Questions referred to a library in a group using the Refer
to Partner (Cooperative) method.
Note: Questions referred using the Refer to Partner (Subscription) method are not automatically added to the Global KB. - Chat sessions that a library in a cooperative coverage group accepts for another library in the group.
- Web-form questions that a library in a cooperative coverage group receives for another library in the group.
Each record must be activated by a KB editor before it is available for searching.

in the Closed questions list or Service History search results list
for each of these questions to indicate that a record was added
to the Global KB.
