Add a KB record from an entry form

To add a KB record for a question that is not in the Ask a Librarian module:

1. Go to the Knowledge Base module.
2. Click the Add/Edit tab.
   QuestionPoint displays a blank Add New Record page.
   Note: If the page does not appear, click the Add link under the Add/Edit tab.
   Continue this procedure on the Add New Record page. Use the Add New Record page
