View the KB records for a question

To learn whether a KB record has been added for a question and, if it has, to view the KB record:

  1. Go to the Answered questions list, Closed questions list, or Service History search results list. In these lists:
    • Submitted to Local Knowledge Base indicates a question has been added to a local KB.
    • Submitted to Global Knowledge Base indicates a question has been added to the Global KB.
  2. Click Submitted to Local Knowledge Base or Submitted to Global Knowledge Base to view a list of the KB records added for a question.
  3. Click a link in the list to view a KB record.
