Each time a question is received, QuestionPoint assigns the next highest Question ID number to it and records its received date and time. The received date appears in question lists. The received date and time appear in Full Questions. You can sort question lists by Question ID or by received date and time, in descending or ascending order. Both sorts provide similar results.
Sort by updated date and timeQuestionPoint updates a question and adds or changes its updated date and time whenever someone acts on the question. The updated date that appears in question lists is the date of the last action recorded in the question history. A question has no updated date until an action is taken on it. You can sort question lists by updated date and time, in descending or ascending order.
