Sort KB browse results

By default, KB browse results are sorted by Date in descending order (with the most recent date at the top).

To sort the records:

  1. Click a column heading to sort the records by the data in the column: Date, Status, KB, or Required Update Date (if this column appears).
    QuestionPoint sorts the records in descending or ascending order and redisplays the list.
  2. If you want to reverse the descending/ascending order of the sort, click the same column heading again.
    QuestionPoint reverses the order and redisplays the list.

Note: You cannot sort the records by the data in the Question column.
