What should I do if my KB browse finds no/few records?
Consider limiting by fewer criteria if you want to enter a new browse because your previous browse found no records or too few records.
Examples:
- Select All folders instead of a specific folder
- Check the box for every available KB
- Select All categories instead of a specific category.
- Select No Special Format instead of a specific format.
