To go to the KB Browse page:

Go to the Knowledge Base module

Go to the Browse page
Go to the Knowledge Base module
Do either of the following to go to the Knowledge Base
module:
- Click the Knowledge Base link
in the Knowledge Base Quick Links on the My QuestionPoint page.
- Select Knowledge Base in the Select Service
drop-down list at the top of any QuestionPoint page.
Go to the Browse page
Do either of the following to go to the Browse page:
- Click the Browse tab
in the Knowledge Base module.
- Click the Browse link below the Browse tab
(if the tab is already selected).
If you are a KB editor, you can also do the following
to go to the Browse page:
- Click the Add/Edit tab
in the Knowledge Base module.
- Click the Edit link below the Add/Edit
tab.
