Go to unassigned questions

In the New Questions list

To go to a list of the unassigned questions in New Questions:

• Click the Unassigned link under Question Lists on the My QuestionPoint page.

Or:

1. Click the Questions tab in the Ask a Librarian module.
2. Click the New link to go to New Questions.
3. In the Limit To drop-down list, select Unassigned and click the arrow.

QuestionPoint displays a page of unassigned questions in the New Questions list.

In the Active Questions list

To go to a list of the unassigned questions in Active Questions:

1. Click the Questions tab in the Ask a Librarian module.
2. Click the Active link to go to Active Questions.
3. In the Limit To drop-down list, select Unassigned and click the arrow.

QuestionPoint displays a page of unassigned questions in the Active Questions list.
