Symbols that appear in chat
My Active tab
The following symbols appear at the beginning of your active chat sessions listed under the My Active tab.
| Symbol | Description |
|---|---|
| ( ) | You sent the most recent message in the session. |
| ( + ) | Patron sent the most recent message in the session. |
| ( ! ) | Patron is typing. |
| > | Patron was transferred to you. Symbol appears throughout the session. |

Patron is connected to chat and the connection is good. |
 |
Patron is connected to chat but the connection is slow or not responding. |
 |
Patron is no longer connected to chat. |
