Join a chat session (standard chat)

To join an in-progress chat session as an additional librarian to assist the primary librarian:

1. Click the Patrons tab in the Chat Window.
2. In Chat Sessions in Progress, click the three-person icon for the session that you want to join.

The Chat Session appears.
