Edit librarian accounts
Use the Edit button after clicking the
View/Update Accounts tab to update your institution's
existing accounts. Accounts are listed in numeric order by Login
ID.

The Create New Librarian Account screen
displays. |

On the Create New Librarian Account screen,
click the View/Update Accounts tab. |
The Current Librarian Accounts screen
displays.

Identify the account you wish to edit on the Librarian
Accounts list. |

Click Edit. |
The Edit Librarian Account screen displays. |

Enter new information in the input fields or change account
privileges using the radio buttons. |
Use the
Account Privileges table below
to determine the privileges needed for the desired access to each
service. |

Click Submit to update the account. |

Notes
The Login ID cannot be changed on the Edit
Librarian Account screen. To provide a new Login ID
for an existing account, you must create a new account. See related topics
below for more information.
