You can customize elements of the e-mail message used
to refer a question to a subject-matter expert who does not have
a QuestionPoint account, such as a teacher, faculty member, or someone
who works for a community agency.
Each librarian referring a question to an expert can
add information relevant to the specific request. However, the text
that you customize here appears in every message that refers a question
to an expert.
You are not required to customize this message because
QuestionPoint provides default content for it.
To customize the e-mail message used to refer questions
