Stef Morrill < smorrill@scls.lib.wi.us > is the Library Technology Coordinator for Wisconsin's South Central Library System. Their virtual reference service, AskAway, serves 750,000 residents of South Central Wisconsin and represents 52 public libraries in communities ranging in population from 324 residents to almost 218,000 residents. South Central Library System has been using the 24/7 Reference services since June 2003.
