Josie Tong < josie.tong@ualberta.ca >is currently the Chat Reference Services Manager of the University of Alberta Libraries. She is also the Head of the Herbert T. Coutts (Education & Physical Education) Library. The University of Alberta Libraries have used 24/7 Reference services since October 2001, and joined the 24/7 Reference Academic Cooperative in September 2003 as the first international member. There are six subject libraries on campus and two unit libraries off- campus. The University has over 35,000 students and is one of largest research universities in Canada.
