Jane Neale < nealej@nylink.suny.edu > is the Information Technology Coordinator and the primary contact for QuestionPoint support and training at Nylink, a not-for-profit membership organization for all types of libraries and information organizations throughout New York State and surrounding areas. Jane assists members in the areas of virtual reference, telecommunications, networking, systems integration, and other information technology issues through training, consulting, telephone support and other services and programs. Prior to her work at Nylink, Jane worked at The Sage Colleges, located in both Troy and Albany, New York, as a Systems Librarian and reference librarian.
