Transition Task Force

A Transition Task Force has been formed on behalf of the QuestionPoint & 24/7 Reference communities to assist in transition to the new joined service. The Transition Task Force consists of 2 co-chairs, Nancy Huling from the University of Washington and Nancy O'Neill of the Santa Monica Public Library. Nancy and Nancy have had experience using both QuestionPoint and 24/7 Reference services. In addition to the 2 co-chairs, 8 librarians currently serve on the task force, 5 from QuestionPoint libraries and 3 from 24/7 Reference libraries.
